Steve Grove “A Time for Reinvention: How we can (and must) reinvent our most important institutions, from the ground up”

Steve Grove is CEO and publisher of the Minnesota Star Tribune. Previously, he was Minnesota’s commissioner of employment and economic development. Before moving back to his home state, Grove built a career in Silicon Valley as an executive at Google and YouTube, most recently as the founding director of the Google News Lab and previously as YouTube’s first head of news and politics.

Grove is the author of a book published by Simon & Schuster called "How I Found Myself in the Midwest: A Memoir of Reinvention", a book about moving back to his home state and leaving tech for government and then media. Matt Wessale is the President of the Minnesota Professional Chapter of Engineers Without Borders (EWB-MN) and a member of the Chanhassen Rotary.  Professionally Matt is a professional geological engineer and business leader supporting large scale wind and solar projects across the US for Minnetonka based Westwood Professional Services

Matt and others, including Kim Krohn and John Fishpaw from Minneapolis #9, will share photos and stories from their recent service trip to Guatemala.  The trip included volunteers from Engineers Without Borders, Chanhassen Rotary, and Minneapolis #9 Rotary.
